Piper parmatum, also known as "Pipalum" or "Himalayan Peperomia", is a rare tropical plant prized for its distinctive, deepy ridged, and textured leaves. Originating from Central and South America, particularly Panama, it's a compact plant with a unique growth habit, often described as a shrub that can also be trained to climb. It is known for its striking foliage, which can darken to an almost black color as it matures.

Light : Bright, indirect light.

Water: Allow the top 25% of the soil to dry out before watering. Likes to be consistently moist but never soggy.

Humidity: Thrives in high humidity environments, which can be achieved through pebble trays, humidifiers, or regular misting.

Fertilizer: Feed monthly, in the spring and summer, with a balanced plant food diluted to 1/2 the recommended strength.
