Here at Jungle Cat Greenhouse, we take extra care in selecting the best quality plants and packaging them for their journey to you.

We guarantee that your plant will arrive alive, happy and healthy.

If your plant’s health starts to decline within a week of receiving your order, please contact us at hello@junglecatgreenhouse.com

When sending an email regarding the plant, please include your order number and a few photos of the plant showing the concerns you have. 

If a replacement isn’t available we will issue store credit for the full value of the plant.

Return Policy: 

We only accept returns on local pick up orders within a week of pick up. Or on case by case basis.

At this time, we won't accept returns on plants that have been shipped and entered new homes. Please see above on any issues related to plants.
