Shipping & Order Policies

Here at Jungle Cat Greenhouse, we take extra care in selecting the best quality plants and packaging them for their journey to you.

We guarantee that your plant will arrive alive, happy and healthy.

If your plant’s health starts to decline within a week of receiving your order, please contact us at hello@junglecatgreenhouse.com

When sending an email regarding your plant, please include your order number and a few photos of the plant showing the concerns you have. 

If a replacement isn’t available we will issue store credit for the full value of the plant.

 

 

When will my order be shipped?

Orders are shipped on Monday & Wednesday in the order that they were placed. Processing combined orders takes slightly longer. Cutoff for same week delivery is Tuesdays at 10pm (PST).  


Example: Orders placed at 10:30 pm (PST) on Tuesday will ship the Monday of the following week. 


We ship via USPS Priority Mail (1-3 transit days) or UPS 2day and 3day shipping. Shipping carrier options are between 1-3 transit days to avoid having packages sitting over the weekend.

Please allow for 48 hours for order processing. Once your order is shipped you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information. On rare occasions, shipping may take longer than expected once in the hands of the carrier. Please understand that we have no control over this, but we will help in any way we can.

 

All plants are wrapped and secured in their shipping boxes so they arrive with least harm and in good condition. Shipping is limited to 2”, 4” plants and select 6” plants. Larger plants will be only available for local pick-up and noted on its product page and at check out. You will get an error if you try to ship a large plant.



I placed multiple orders. Can they be combined into one shipment?

If you have placed multiple orders between Wednesday and Tuesday you do not need to submit an email requesting combined shipping. I will automatically combine orders that have the same name, shipping address and email address/account into a single shipment. All orders placed between a given Wednesday and Sunday period will be combined and shipped out the following week. 


You will receive a partial shipping refund within a week of the combined orders being dispatched and your shipping notification will show all of the plants from all of the orders that were combined. While we will make every attempt to combine orders, there may be occasions where it isn’t possible due to unforeseen circumstances and we hope you understand.

 

 

 

Do you ship plants in the winter? What if it is too cold?

We will offer shipping year round, weather permitting. Under extreme weather conditions, I will contact you about potential weather related shipping delays. Once it is out of our hands, we have no control. Order at your own risk. Damaged plants will NOT be replaced if damage is deemed a result of cold temperatures.

 

Heat packs will be covered in shipping costs during the winter months (Nov-Feb) when temps drop to 40 degrees Fahrenheit or below. 

 

**Remember, even though your area may be slightly above our recommended temperatures it is likely that your package from WA will go through states or areas that have lower temperatures. If you still have concerns once receiving your order, I am certainly happy to assist you in helping the plant return to its former beauty and health. **

 

Can you hold my order?

Yes! If for some reason the weather turns for the worst or you will be out of town, please let me know! I am happy to hold your order for up to two weeks. If we are unable to ship your plants within that time period, your order will be refunded and the plants will be returned to stock. Please be aware of any cold weather in your area as you place an order.
